The mud and the marvels.
Bugs. The mosquitoes from the reservoir at dusk are aggressive enough that we stopped eating outside after night one.
Kayaking at sunrise on water like glass. Five other people in the whole campground.

July through September. Spring is muddy; the rest of the year, it rains.

How to book.
- County park system. Book on their site, not Recreation.gov.
- Loop B sites have lake views; Loop A is shaded but no view.
